1. Lazy Hour

Ask Yourself:

  • When do I feel least energetic during the day?
  • What tasks require minimal mental effort?

2. Active Hours

Pinpoint your peak productivity times.
These are the hours when you’re most energetic and focused. Use this time for high-priority, mentally demanding tasks like studying, planning, or executing key projects.
